Magnetic linear rotary feedthroughs（MFL)

Feature

1. Samarium-cobalt magnets are used both inside and outside the vacuum to transmit high torque and minimize lost motion.

2. The driven magnet part inside the vacuum is sealed with a thin stainless steel sheet to reduce gas emissions.

3. Baking can be performed with the magnet installed.

4. By replacing the bearing, the magnet can be used semi-permanently.

5. Automatic operation is possible when the optional motor mounting bracket is used.

磁気結合式直進回転導入機は直進方向のストロークを３種類から選択頂けます。

（型式例）　ストローク500mm・CF70の場合　->　MFL-70-500
