Take on the challenge of manufacturing
We have been in business for 58 years. Although we are a company of about 200 people, we specialize in vacuum technology and provide precision products to the semiconductor, FPD, medical, and railroad fields. We are engaged in the entire process of development, design, manufacturing, and sales based on monozukuri (the art of making things). Employees in the development, design, manufacturing, and sales departments work with confidence, developing their skills. Within the company, employees can receive 6 months of AI training, and we have videos (taught by employees) for internal development purposes called the Moribo Academy, which allows employees to view the videos and perform their duties with confidence when they join the company. I believe that you will be able to learn and help each other according to your stage of life and contribute to the company and, by extension, to society. Please take a look at the employment conditions below and consider joining us!
Since its establishment in 1966, IRIE KOKEN has grown steadily by mainly manufacturing metal bellows and applied products. Currently, we provide metal bellows, vacuum valves, chambers, vacuum induction machines, and other vacuum equipment mainly to the semiconductor and FPD markets. Our integrated manufacturing process, from in-house design to manufacturing and sales, has earned us a high level of trust from our customers. We offer products that can be used in clean environments such as ultra-high vacuum, as well as in harsh environments where they are exposed to reactive gases and chemicals. We have delivered many metal bellows and other products to accelerators, nuclear fusion, and nuclear power facilities, and will continue to refine our technology to meet the needs of the world.
We aim to be a “company that lasts for 100 years” by providing our customers with perfect products and the best possible service, and by ensuring that our products are used for a long time and continue to win the hearts and minds of our customers. Since the needs of the world change rapidly with the times, we will continue to meet the needs of our customers with sincerity and challenge ourselves to technological innovation and management reform.
IKC is committed to fulfilling its mission of supplying products that society needs, while faithfully carrying out its “Corporate Philosophy” and “Three Targets”.
