1. Products covered
All products manufactured and shipped by our company and products that have been maintained (overhauled) .
2. Product warranty period
The warranty period for products is 18 months after shipment.
3. Warranty period after maintenance (overhaul)
(1) The warranty period for products that have undergone overhaul recommended by our company shall be 6 months after the overhaul is performed.
(2) The warranty period shall start from the date of shipment if the overhaul is performed by our company, or from the date of work if the overhaul is performed at the customer's or user's site.
(3) In the case of an overhaul with selected replacement parts, the warranty period will be 6 months only for the replaced parts.
*Warranty period for parts sales is 6 months only for replaced parts.
*We ask that you detoxify the materials before returning them to us.
4. Warranty period for parts sales
(1) In the case of parts sales, the warranty period is 6 months after the parts are installed in the product.
(2) Unused parts are warranted for one year after shipment.
5. Storage conditions for products and parts
When storing products and parts after delivery, they shall be stored indoors, away from direct sunlight and ultraviolet rays, in a controlled environment with temperature (15~35℃) and humidity (75% or less).
6.Warranty conditions
(1) During the warranty period, if the product clearly proves to be defective due to our design or manufacturing, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
(2) Even in the event of replacement or repair due to our fault, the warranty period shall begin on the date of initial shipment of the subject product. The defective product repaired or replaced free of charge shall remain the property of the Company.
7. Disclaimer
The following items are not covered by the above warranty regardless of whether they are within or outside the warranty period.
(1) Defects caused by inappropriate conditions, environment, handling, or usage methods other than those described in our specifications or delivery drawings, or when we cannot clearly indicate that the product is to be used under appropriate conditions.
(2) In the case that the Company provides maintenance information, defects that could have been prevented if the product had been properly maintained or replaced.
(3) Repair, modification, or replacement of parts performed outside of our control, or use of parts made by other companies other than those specified by us
(4) Failure or malfunction due to an unforeseeable disaster such as fire or natural disaster
(5) Lifetime warranty for sealing materials (durability varies depending on temperature and atmosphere, and is therefore excluded from the scope of warranty)
(6) Adhesion or deformation of the seal material due to baking or long-time fixing or holding in a closed state, or defects resulting from these factors.
(7) In the event that the Company has specified standards for installation accuracy and deformation, and the Company is unable to clearly state that the product exceeds the standards or that the product is within the standards.
(8) Defects other than defects of our products, or when we cannot clearly state such defects.
(9) Warranty on the performance of parts supplied by the customer or specified by the customer (except for items approved by our company's specifications).
(10) The scope of warranty shall be limited to the warranty conditions in Section 6 above, and any secondary damage (equipment damage, lost opportunities, lost profits, etc.) or any damage to the customer caused by the failure of the subject product shall not be covered by this warranty.
