High-Nickel Alloy Welded Bellows



This product is a standard welded bellows made of a material equivalent to Hastelloy® C-22.*

Process gas exhaust systems for semiconductor manufacturing, chemical processing equipment, flue gas desulfurization (FGD) systems, hazardous and waste incineration plants, and radioactive waste treatment facilities.

  • A W(tungsten)-added Ni-Cr-Mo alloy offering outstanding corrosion resistance in both reducing and oxidizing environments.
  • It demonstrates superior durability against a wide range of corrosive conditions.
  • The bellows are fabricated by welding ultra-thin metal sheets of only 0.08 mm thickness into a flexible corrugated structure.
  • Compared to our conventional models, the new design achieves a 20% (approx.) reduction in size and weight, contributing to more compact system integration.
