Compact rotary manipulator（IRC)

Feature

1. welded bellows manufactured by IRIE KOKEN is built in, and CF34 and CF70 are used for the connecting flanges.

2. welded bellows is used for the drive unit seal, so it can be used in the high vacuum range.
*Ultra-high vacuum compatibility is also available as an option.

3. Function-centered, extremely simple construction makes it compact and lightweight.

4. Equipped with a rotation lock mechanism. The degree of opening can be set as desired.
