Manual type bellows-sealed linear feedthrough（ILD-M)

特徴

1. Built-in welded bellows manufactured by IRIE KOKEN. Stroke is standardized from 30 to 200 mm.

2. Welded bellows is used for the drive unit seal, so it can be used in the ultra-high vacuum range.

3. The design is extremely simple and function-centered, making it compact and lightweight.

4. Designed to withstand baking temperatures up to 250°C.
