Notice of capital increase and capital and business alliance
(1) For the purpose of raising funds for sustainable growth and strengthening the financial base, we will utilize A & KC Mezzanine Finance No. 1 Investment Limited Partnership affiliated with Kiraboshi Bank for a total of 100 million yen.
The capital increase was implemented on March 22, 2021.
(2) In addition, the Company entered into a business alliance with Naigai Tec Co., Ltd. (JASDAQ Code 3374) and its subsidiary Naigai Electronics Co., Ltd. in September 2018, and is the core business of the Company, FPD-related business and semiconductors. In addition to the contract manufacturing and assembly business in related business fields, we have cooperated in promoting joint development business in new markets where growth is expected in the future.
By strengthening this business alliance and forming a capital alliance, we aim to further enhance the cooperation system, expand the business scale of both companies, and improve operational efficiency.
