It has a structure that can seal not only one side but also both sides. It is possible to replace the O-ring of the valve plate while holding the transfer chamber side in a vacuum as well as during normal operation, and it is possible to continue production.

In collaboration with Associate Professor Kazuhiko Mase of the High Energy Accelerator Research Organization (KEK), we have developed the ICF152 bellows and ICF203 blank flange with non-evaporative getter performance. This non-evaporative getter pump exhausts hydrogen (H2) and carbon monoxide (CO) after 12 hours of baking at 150°C. This pump attracted a great deal of attention at IVC22. We are currently developing this pump for commercialization.
